I see two possible results: (1) Obama wins the Electoral College vote narrowly and Romney wins the popular vote by a narrow margin. (2) Romney wins a very narrow Electoral College victory and wins the popular vote by a 5% margin. I think the second result may be true, but I’m not a political scientist. Just a feeling based on consistent polling results, voter sentiments, national voting trends (early voting and absentee ballots), the movement of independent voters into Romney’s camp, GOP voter enthusiasm, Democratic voter apathy, and last, but not least, the number of Romney lawn signs I’ve seen in my Virginia neighborhood and the Florida towns of Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, South Pasadena, and Tarpon Springs over the past month.

Funny how GOP Catholics so easily overlook Romney’s pro-abortion stance who believes that legalized abortion and gay adoption are a state’s right.
And forgive him, placing all trust in him, from going from ‘more pro choice than Ted Kennedy’ to where he is today.

Now, it’s acceptable to overlook misleading ads, and say one cannot question his credibility on other matters. 🤷

Katie Pavlich from Townhall reports:

*When Obamacare’s individual mandate takes effect in 2014, all Americans who file income tax returns must complete an additional IRS tax form. The new form will require disclosure of a taxpayer’s personal identifying health information in order to determine compliance with the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate.

So, how will this work? Simply put, there is no way for the IRS to enforce Obamacare’s individual mandate without such an invasive reporting scheme. Every January, health insurance companies across America will send out tax documents to each insured individual. This tax document—a copy of which will be furnished to the IRS—must contain sufficient information for taxpayers to prove that they purchased qualifying health insurance under Obamacare.

This new tax information document must, at a minimum, contain: the name and health insurance identification number of the taxpayer; the name and tax identification number of the health insurance company; the number of months the taxpayer was covered by this insurance plan; and whether or not the plan was purchased in one of Obamacare’s “exchanges.”

This will involve millions of new tax documents landing in mailboxes across America every January, along with the usual raft of W-2s, 1099s, and 1098s. At tax time, the 140 million families who file a tax return will have to get acquainted with a brand new tax filing form. Six million of these families will end up paying Obamacare’s individual mandate non-compliance tax penalty.*

Shall we get rid of ObamaCare? Give it some thought, folks.

:eek::eek:

Great idea. Bring the IRS in and make it even more complicated!

Taxes are too complicated already.

Sheesh

I thought we opposed it because of abortion?

Ohio, Penn. what’s the difference? 😛
Hills…Actually, I’m amazed any of them can remember where they are. Many a rock and roller has had this problem.

As always, Bill just kept on…he truly is robopolitician.

Argh! I’m a native Ohioan. I am not a fan of Pennsylvania (with all due respect to Pennsylvanians). Mostly, I cannot stand the Steelers, Penguins, Eagles and the Penn State Nittany Lions…

That pretty much says it all. So, the two differences are hills (mountains) and sports.

I mean, what do you want from Bill? He’s only eating grass nowadays from what I hear. I surprised he has enough energy to get up in the morning!

Bill Clinton. I always thought he should star in one of those Captain Morgan Rum commercials. What a rogue! What a buccaneer!

What do you think?

I could see it.

That one with the black guy on the horse is ridiculously amusing.

What would Biden, Obama, Sebelius and Pelosi know about Catholicism? Obama is purportedly a Protestant of some faith, so I understand his position. The others should sign up for Catechism refresher classes.
