If I didn’t know any better I would say that this person supports Obama and the homosexuals…
In all fairness, there is nothing wrong with “homosexuals.”

It would have been better if you had phrased it “supports homosexual activity.”

When did “privately” become “secretly” (wow, what biased headlining) and how *secret *could it be if it’s all over the internet?

🤷

You think Republicans don’t meet privately with possible campaign contributors while on the trail? Every day.
Also, when was it wrong for a president to meet privately with his supporters?

But then, we have to keep in mind that this sin is reported by Newsmax, which is the internet mouth piece for conservatives.

Jim

I didn’t say you did. But I do see you picked it up. Kinda like grabbing trash out of the gutter.
I believe lifesitenews popularized it. That’s where I go to get quality coverage on current events! 👍

Let’s not bash a user because they use a word that YOU don’t consider proper,…
I didn’t bash him at all. If I did, it wouldn’t be because he used a word that doesn’t exist. Plenty of people around here do that. It would be because he used a word that shouldn’t.

However, I do wish people would vote based on who they genuinely feel will be the best for our country (given the facts) rather than out of anger from some random internet person’s thread. 🤷
I’m not angry. I don’t vote because I don’t believe it matters. They wanted Bush to be president, so he was. They wanted Obama for some reason, so he is. Has nothing to do with us.

But I find the other side so ugly, I really feel like the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for people to ignore it.

I wonder where I can get an Obama bumper sticker? Maybe “Proud parent of a homosexualist!” Something like that. “Catholic…Christian, not necessarily in that order…

Anyway, done here, so, y’all have the last go. I’m not angry. Mostly it makes me weep. I shouldn’t. I need to remember what Padre Pio said.

Pray, hope and don’t worry.

I see. Sort of like “feminazi.” Just make up some word to try and create in people’s minds a group they can denigrate that doesn’t actually exist.

It’s kinda like this thread: use a red flag word to make people think something sneaky is going on when nothing at all unusual is going on to trash the President.

This thread and your post have decided me. I’m going make sure I am registered and vote for Obama. It might not matter, but it will make me feel better.
If voting for the most divisive, pro-abortion, anti-Catholic, and anti-freedom candidate makes you happy, you must be thrilled with Obama.

If you want to vote for Obama, that is, of course your right 100% and no one should give you a hard time about it.

How a Catholic can joyfully vote for a man that is openly at war with the fundamental beliefs of Catholicism is mind-numbing.

Don’t forget “haters” and “homophobes” and “catlickers” and on and on and on…

Ha, I thought you were referencing Romney too. But I guess he’s not quite as “open” as Obama.

While I respect your opinion that voting doesn’t matter (in a sense, it doesn’t any more, because only about 20% of eligible voters actually vote in this nation), and I respect your decision to vote for Obama (rather, your right to make that decision). But I would by no means call Obama a pro-homosexual, or a very good politician. He has done little in the way of change, which he promised to give, and has been rather inactive in his seat as president. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t support Romney either, but between the two, I wouldn’t say that Obama was the lesser evil, especially as he is a so-called “pro-choice” man.

What marching orders could Obama POSSIBLY have given to these fresh young Obots that is not fit for public consumption? One wonders… Rob

A "feminazi" is someone whose entire existence seems to revolve around making sure that as many abortions as possible take place. You know, the kind who are outraged with pro-lifers who try to arm women with facts before they make a fatal decision. Or those who are insistent that a baby who is born alive should be left alone to die. People such as Barack Obama. Truth is hard to digest sometimes. Rob

I wonder if they feel the same way when the baby is a girl…

It just seems like he’s counting on people’s stupidity in order to get votes. I mean, what kind of credibility do people like Ian Somerhalder and Dianna Agron have? They are young actors in Vampire Diaries and Glee. Is Obama counting on young people voting for him because their favorite characters from a TV show support him? Because it’s the cool, hip thing to do? It just seems unprofessional and silly, but perhaps it’s just me
I don’t know if it is just you, Debora, but if you put aside your emotions and look at President Obama’s meeting with these young stars objectively, you’ll see that it really is a smart political move and certainly one any serious politician would do if he or she was running for President. These young actors have more influence than you might think, not only in this year’s elections, but in future elections as well. Many people are pursuaded to vote one way or another because their idol or favorite actor influences them. Believe me, if this wasn’t true, politicians wouldn’t waste their time courting such influence. I support Mr. Romney at this point and hope he has a few celebrities who will come out and show their support for him. Courting influence is not unprofessional or silly at all. It is what politicians must do if they hope to win elections. That is how a democracy works.

It just seems tacky and goes to show how stupid our country is. Voting for a president because your favorite actor from some silly TV show supports him. Blah.

He’s doing that because he is very desperate. He tried courting the GLBT vote and that may help him in November. Hence, I am not surprised.

He has spent more time during his presidency promoting and focusing on his celebrity image than a presidential one. It really seems more of a natural fit for him - schmoozing with the Hollywood crowd. I’m surprised we don’t see him and the first lady more in the Hollywood gossip publications.

Because the liberals love him, and the media is mostly made up of liberals. That’s why you don’t see many attacks on him or his family in the tabloids like we used to for President Bush.
