Original Sin is a stain on our soul. There is no gene with it. Let’s say two identical twins were born - one with Original Sin and one without it (by some supernatural circumstances obviously). Now, if genetic samples were taken from each one, you could not identify the gene that carries Original Sin with it, can you?
Now, going back to your original point, these Nephilim (or giants or whatever they were) would have had a gene in them that was different from the other ones, according to you.

The story of the Nephilim is a fascinating one, they were the ‘son’s of God’ which meant they were angels (good or bad?). I’m not sure exactly how this could have happened…but they found the daughters of men fair and procreated with them, this is what the bible says. However, I do know that after this happened people where quite bad enough that God decided to flood the earth.
I’ve always wondered where would they be now? in Heaven or Hell?
As far as I know and have learned, angels themselves do not experience humanity. However fallen angels/demons do mimic humans. This information was revealed by our Lord in 'Direction for our times" and He tells us to be aware as they only want the ruin of our souls. It doesn’t mean God allows any procreation to go on, He wont allow that again.

NO!!! They do not have this ability!!! The Holy Spirit is God, not some mere spook. He is not subject to anybody, He is God. He can create life because He is God, He is life. He is the Lord and Giver of Life. Angels cannot give life; fallen angels try to take life. The Holy Spirit created those angels. God did not create the angels with sperm…or ovum. That is not the nature of an angel.

The fallen angels do not give life. In their depravity, they attempt to draw life energy from man.
At times angels may appear as human. Unaware we have entertained angels.

Most ‘people’ would have realised I was talking about ‘procreation’ between humans and angels !!
Procreation is between God and humans, we pro-create little human lives together with God. +

I did not mean to infer that angels can create life as God can. I simply meant that there must be some mechanism whereby angels and humans can have offspring as the Bible clearly states that the “sons of God went into the daughters of humans, who bore children to them.”

You are mis-reading “sons of God” to be angels, I think.
The Sons of God are the sons of the righteous son of Adam, Seth. The daughters of humans are the daughters of the fallen son of Adam, Cain.

In The Book of Job the phrase “Sons of God” is used for angelic or non-human beings (Jb 1:6; 2:1). In the New Testament “Sons of God” appears as a name for all who are born again into the family of God (Eph 3:14-15).
