I always thought Chuck Todd seemed like a fair and balanced kind of guy. When I think of Stephanopoulis I think of Good Morning America, the new iteration of which nauseates me.
GMA is nauseating, but then, so are all of those network morning shows. I don’t expect any hard-hitting news analysis from them, but they promote everything from the vapid to the morally bankrupt when it comes to special segments.

IIRC, didn’t George Stephanopoulos’ overly frank book about politics during the Clinton administration, “All Too Human,” result in his being somewhat estranged from the Clintons? Maybe this financial contribution is an attempt to make amends and reinstate himself in their favor. LOL
If so, then the Beatles were apparently wrong – you can buy me love.

Yeah but there’s something especially enervating (to me) about the graphics, music, set and personalities of GMA all of which seem deliberately designed to induce a massive epileptic seizure. It makes the Today Show look like a staid graduate seminar by comparison.

Wouldn’t be the only page they’ve taken from MTV’s circus playbook.

My opinion of him varies at times, though it is hard to think highly of anyone who that closely identifies with the beliefs and policies of someone like Bill or Hillary Clinton.

Having said that, his reputation to complete nosedive when he made himself into a national joke by opening the Republican debate in January 2012 with a question about banning contraception. He’s either that out of touch and ignorant, or you simply a panderer with no integrity.

You’re missing the most obvious and logical reason for his contraception question. He was actively working with the DNC to interject the contraception issue into the race and attack the GOP with it. It simply came out of complete left field, just CONVENIENTLY right before the whole issue was made a part of the DNC game plan. Conveniently.

GS is a hack DNC party boy. Anyone pretending otherwise is just that, pretending.

The best morning talk show is MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” It must be because Oprah said so.

$75,000 is chicken feed to the Clintons, and wouldn’t come close to buying their favor. I would guess it’s about something else entirely, but since the Clinton Foundation is, and will remain an opaque money conduit, I doubt we’ll ever know.
