If you’ll read my posts carefully, especially Post #34, you’ll see that what I’m saying is that they did not physically die before God took them up from earth in their mortal bodies. They did not die a physical death while they still were present here on earth.

I defined physical death as the separation of one’s immortal soul from union with its mortal flesh.

I did not say that they have never died, or that they will never die - just that it didn’t happen before they were “taken up”.
I specifically said that there would be a point when they would no longer be united to their mortal body (by definition, death!) and would instead be united to an immortal body. We just have no idea about the timing of that event — whether it already occurred at some point since they were taken up or whether it has yet to occur. Only God knows. What we do know is that they will not spend eternity in a “mortal” body.

I am aware of that, but to say they didn’t die (for some) they did (for some others) and they will return in a mortal body and die (for some others) lacks a lot of arguments. I am just trying to untie all these ideas, where they come from.
At least we agree they died physically. BUt for some they did not. Then what?
Also, it was my opinion to that since they went to heaven, whatever that is, that had to change somehow. And this would be difficult for those who think they did with a mortal body.
And what is your opinion - and why - on the translation? At least for Elijah, he wasn’t translated from a place to another on earth. And Enoch. Thank you for your thoughts
