I guess I am not as educated as you, but I fail to see how justices who believe in the interpretation of the Constitution as set forth by the authors of that document , are “conservative”. Does that make justices who find things in the Constitution that simply are not there are “liberals”.Well, considering there are now 4 “conservatives” on the court and one swing vote that leans “conservative.” What was it Ann Coulter said about poisoning one of the liberal Justices?
In that case, it will definitely be a right-wing court and this country will be the worse as a result.
In my opinion.
Oh, now that’s rich.I guess I am not as educated as you, but I fail to see how justices who believe in the interpretation of the Constitution as set forth by the authors of that document , are “conservative”. Does that make justices who find things in the Constitution that simply are not there are “liberals”.
How do you know Bush regrets the decision? What were the circumstances under which the justice voted to stay the execution? As I recall, he had a good reason. I believe that he felt that all the options had not yet been met. Is that rich, too?Oh, now that’s rich.
Kinda like those who say that it’s impossible for minorities to be racist because “in order to be racist, you have to be in power.”
No, they are conservative judges. The Right can absolutely count on their vote…well, except, I think one of Bush’s recent appointments surprised him by voting to stay an execution. I’m sure that Bush regrets that decision now.![]()
