One man is dead and 11 other people injured following a shooting in Minneapolis in the early hours of Sunday, police said.

Minneapolis Police initially tweeted that 10 people had been shot with “various severity levels of injuries” and urged people to avoid the area in Uptown Minneapolis.

The department later revised its total in a tweet posted shortly after 3 A.M. to say that one man had died and 11 others have non-life-threatening wounds.

“Uptown Minneapolis”, that’s not even considered a “bad area”. How is this rebellion against the police working?

Add to this the shootings NY and the hundreds of people gathered…(what were they gathered for???)…strange times indeed

I take it the police were called and showed up despite Minneapolis wishing to defund and dismantle them.
That’s dedication.

I just drove down this part of Hennepin Avenue today (I hadn’t heard about the shooting last night) and commented to my wife how hard it must be for Minneapolis Police to do their jobs when every single building on this street has graffiti on it indicating that all police officers are loathsome (“ACAB”, “F___ 12”, “F___ Police”).
