I agree…its odd a book of this magnitude is sooo hard to understand and interpret, when in reality it should be similar to the Constitution or similar things. Misinterpretations of the bible have caused HUGE problems thru out history. Strange that God would sit idle while so many are not getting the intended message.

God doesn’t sit idle. He gave authority to the Church (Magisterium). When we obey the legitimate authority of the Church on faith and morals, we are getting the message of Christ for our sanctification.
When you cite the “early Christians and the historical Churches”, it’s good to remember Jesus never taught from the Bible. Neither did His Apostles nor did manychurches prior to the availability the printing press. In the 1st century, Jesus used the scrolls in the Jewish synagogues at first to teach in the towns He visited to spread His ministry. Likewise, after Jesus’ death, resurrection, and ascension, the Apostle didn’t have hand copied versions of the Torah; they most likely borrowed from the synagogues or repeated from memory if they were well schooled. The scrolls were so scarce and valuable, it would be very difficult to believe anyone could just “borrow” them and walk around. The early Church taught verbally and sometimes used scrolls or letters but they had no Bible.
Absolutely correct. They didn’t have the Bible - a single book; they had the Scriptures - a library.
In fact, even after Christians invented the pandect (a codex or book containing all the scriptural literature; i.e. our modern ‘Bibles’) they were very rare, because they’re really costly to make, not to mention they’re bulky to boot. Amen to that. But in case the person was wondering about those who don’t hear His voice and we place more emphasis on eschatolgy:John 10:16 “I have other sheep that do not belong to this fold. These also I must lead, and they will hear my voice, and there will be one flock, one shepherd.”
Christ is talking about the entire world not just the Gentiles that existed during His time. Christ Himself prophesizes (my apology if that’s not the right term) that all the world will come to Him and there will be only “one flock.”

*Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
Translation: Population control through forced “Family Planning”*
How the hell did this clown go from ‘empowering women’, and gender equality–you know, like women being afforded the right to vote–to Chinese style forced family planning, that does just the opposite???
