Lima, Peru, May 14, 2010 / 09:51 pm (CNA).- During a Mass for members of the judicial system, Cardinal Juan Luis Cipriani Thorne of Lima encouraged judges to acknowledge Christ, as only in this way can they seek “truth and justice, without being dominated by vengeance and resentment.”
The cardinal made his comments during Mass at the Cathedral of Lima on May 12 attended by Peru’s Attorney General, Gladys Echaiz Ramos, as well as other justice officials.
