So O’Mara went ahead to try to prove that Zimmerman was innocent. And in the end, he told the jury that he has proven beyond reasonable doubt that Zimmerman is innocent. Oh boy, if what he presented suits the meaning of beyond reasonable doubt, then he basically cancelled all the gains he would have made in his closing arguments.

Now do I believe in the messages his tracts preach? Only bits and pieces, theres alot of lies mixed in with some truth in his comics. I read them like they are fiction for the most part.

All in all they are fun reads and nice conversation pieces.

In case you missed this piece of information,let me fill you in.In the 14 months prior to this incident,the neighborhood the neighborhood that GZ lived was involved with 8 different break ins,committed by black youths.The most recent breaking involve GZ next door neighbor,alone with her three children,when two black youths broke in.So,you label GZ a racist for being suspicious of TM,someone he had never seen before.Given the past events to still call GZ a racist creep,or someone who was reacting based on the recent past break -ins ? Also,Dennis Prager a very reasonable and insightful radio host,talked about this yesterday on his program.His comment was,Racial profiling done without basis is in fact bigotry.However,profiling based of information supporting certain facts,is just that profiling.

Are you serious?

I am reminded of an Afro-American acquaintance of mine who told me 6 months ago that GZ was guilty. I told him that I would wait to see what the facts are in court, since the media is hyping the case all out of proportion and misleading the public with their biased reporting. He said he didn’t care what the facts were, GZ was guilty. It’s as racist a remark as I have ever heard.
 
Zimmerman didn’t become suspicious of Martin because he was black, but rather because he was walking up to houses in the rain and briefly loitering. So very different from the initial account I heard that Zimmerman was seemingly outraged that a black teen was walking through an allegedly lilly white gated community.

Zimmerman trial jurors begin deliberations

SANFORD, Fla. — Jurors have begun deliberating on whether former neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman is responsible for the killing of Trayvon Martin, the unarmed 17-year-old shot to death in February 2012.

Judge Debra Nelson told jurors they must find, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Zimmerman is guilty of a crime. "You must presume innocence. … Zimmerman is not required … to prove anything,’’ she said. “The state must prove the alleged crime was committed. It’s up to the state to prove his guilt.”

Deliberations in the high-profile second-degree murder case began shortly before 2:30 p.m.
 
So you all seem to think race is out of the question here. Don’t think so.
If Tray were a white teen and Zimm were the black shooter, you must convict Zimmerman.

That’s a bit presumptuous on your part, isn’t it?

You are entitled to your opinion, but to look in our hearts and call us racist is a stretch.

BTW GZ is Hispanic.
