We have done nothing to deserve the sheer hatred and violence directed at us by the Mohammedans. Our only “crime” is not conforming to their perverted worldview.

Trying to understand the Islamic mindset is a futile task. These Mohammedans are willing to blow up their own children for the sake of Allah:

Based on what I have seen on tis thread, the sentiments expressed in this post appear accurate.

The best that the islamic posters on this thread have done is to make personal insults. The history presented by them is incomplete and ignores the huge number of people murdered, those forced to convert under pain of death and others who were forced to pay special infidel taxes. Islamic “justice” in this regard is nothing but evil. A real God knows that people cannot change their heart by force. So what does that make allah?

The whole, “blame America” game is just that, a doge by the intellectually dishonest.

If my father is murdered, what recourse do I have under American law? Islamically the penalty is either death for the offender OR I can forgive and accept a sum of money instead. Under American law I can’t be sure that the offender will really even be punished. Do you see the injustice and humiliation inflicted on me!?
The murderer would be tried and probably convicted. Depending on the murder he (or she) could get life in prison or the death penalty.

Now the uncertainty comes from the fact that we have a system that protects defendants from getting railroaded by the prosecution. For example, police need a warrant to both search a person’s home, car, office, etc., and a warrant to arrest (barring some circumstances). The burden of proof is on the prosecution at trial, This is to protect both the guilty and the innocent. It’s not perfect, but I’d rather take my chances in an American court of law if I was a defendant than in any other court in any other country.

👍

Yep, not perfect, but fairly consistent and not too arbitrary. And not brutal.

Pick up your Qur’an and turn to chapter 2, verse 256.

Not a sport engaged in by the participants of this thread. Your thinly veiled attempt to insult me falls flat. Please refer to page one.

So they are holy water? You attribute the divine to websites? Can you baptise yourself with jihadwatch or faithfreedom? I’m merely pointing out how you keep referring to them, and how it’s likely that nobody is actually reading those long pastes.

Don’t believe everything you read on the internet, Vickie.
I’m just attributing it to your aversion to those sites! Why are you so concerned about what they preach? Are you afraid of them? Why do Muslims send them hate filled messages and death threats? Don’t other people have a right to their opinions?

I listen to what they say because they make sense. If Muslims state that Islam is a religion of peace and yet commit atrocities every day, and those sites say that Muslims do those terrible things because Islam is not and never was a religion of peace, that the Quran does indeed teach intolerance to those of other faiths and that Muslims are just following the mandates of Muhammad when they commit those atrocities, who sounds more believable?

Vickie

No, I don’t understand this first class second class business. Who came up with that? It seems kind of illogical to me.
its when the law favors one group of people over another due to differences in race, religion, gender or social status.
But ONLY if he is judged guilty. How many times has a murderer gotten away thanks to a jury of his peers and a good defense lawyer?
Not too many. Is sharia law more effective in determining a person’s guilt? how?
I see the injustice of life imprisonment. Do you?
I was referring to the turkish system. Im just trying to help you understand my view. Again, why do you think I see an injustice there?

Now about life imprisonment, i dont think its injustice. death is a quick way out. sometimes making a person rot in jail is more fitting to a wicked person. afterall, isnt hell sort of a life imprisonment?
**Hmmm… what did Jesus say about forgiving? Oh yes, if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. **
First of all Jesus never said about selling your forgivenes in return for money.

Second, Jesus advised the separation of church & state.

Third, may i remind you that murder affects the entire community, not just you. You dont have the right to free him from his atrocity. What about the other people who were deeply affected by your father’s death? his friends, his employers, his associates, the people he owed money from, etc.
If these dangerous people deserve to be “removed from society” why aren’t they killed?
Because obviously there are other means of removing a person.
If a family loses a father whose income provided for them–who will take care of them?
Sometimes a court also fines a convicted murderer. And aside from that, hopefully the murdered person is insured. If there is no insurance and the muderer has no money, what do you think?

So, is there any justice in letting a murderer go in exchange for money?

Vickie:

Oh you who believe, stand up firmly for justice, as witnesses to God, even if it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be against rich or poor; for God can best protect both. Do not follow any passion, lest you not be just. And if you distort or decline to do justice, verily God is well-acquainted with all that you do. 4:135

AgnosTheist:

I took this from a fatwa site based in Saudi Arabia.

A murderer has three rights on him. That of Allah, that of the murdered person, and those of his or her immediate kin.

As for Allah’s right it cannot be requited but with true repentance.

The right of the immediate kin can be requited by the murderer by handing himself over to them in order that they either: a) turn him over to the authorities for execution; b) accept monetary compensation from him; or c) forgive him.

The right of the person himself who was murdered cannot be compensated for in this world. Some scholars are of the opinion - and this seems to be the preferable opinion - that if the murderer is true in his repentance, Allah will clear him of his sin and compensate on his behalf by satisfying the person murdered on the Day of Judgment.
