Let’s change the words around and propose a new holocaust for people that have been hurt and blame God or the Church or their neighbor or the postman’s dog for their problems. Sounds real stupid, doesn’t it? Here is a self-indulgent lady who is planted firmly on her pity-pot and thinks that her poor manners can possibly be excused by her perceived grief. I see by your profile that you are engaged in all sorts of “good works”. Very nice, but no remedy for the hatred that you exibit. No trade-off there, you will have to pay for your venom.You are also “BEING MOM”, with four kids. Do your children know that beneath your “BEING MOM” facade, boils such animosity toward your fellow man? You must conceal that very carefully, so that they are not infected by it. your hatred will ultimately destroy you, it is terminally corrosive. Not sorry for plain speaking, just telling you the truth, in love.
I once shared your emotions. I had taken many people’s lives, I had destroyed much property. I had permission to do these things, nay, I had a mandate. But what I had done haunted me and became corrosive and affected my relationships with my fellow man. Much time went by before I could place my pain at it’s real source. I could not blame my government, I could not blame God, because I was a self-proclaimed atheist, I could not blame the Catholic church, because I was not Catholic. I had, finally, to blame the flawed human nature of man. Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother saved me. The Catholic Church saved me. You need to deal with your pain without blaming the Church or Catholics. You’ve got some other problem. Remember, hatred is corrosive to the soul.
