Special thanks also should go to Pope Benedict, whom sort of paved the way to some degree when he welcomed tens of thousands of Anglicans. It may have served as a springboard of sorts. Plus, Pope Francis I has a background in his archdiocese of serving the Eastern Catholics.
 
I am so glad. Before I came back to the Catholic Church, I briefly discerned at an Orthodox Church to see if that is where I should be. The priest there absolutely hated Catholicism and continually made fun of Catholics. (The people of the church were absolutely not this way). He tried to make it seem as if all the Orthodox hierarchy agreed with him. I hope he sees this on the news.

Pope Benedict also had excellent relations with Eastern Catholics and the Orthodox. I do pray that all these years of discussion come to fruition in a reconciliation during our lifetimes!
 
What do we know of the TV coverage of the Inauguration Mass for tomorrow? What time will it be held at (EDT)?
