No that will never happen. The “first among equals” is a novel idea. There was never such a thing. Primacy entailed authority, how much of it is up for debate but never was there a “primacy of honor”. Papal infallibility and universal jurisdiction will never be given up. In fact I wonder how many know that during an apparition in South America, Mary (Our Lady of Good Success, Ecuador) in the 1600’s prophesied the proclamation of Papal infallibility two centuries before Vatican I (Which took place in the mid 1800s)
On, December 8, 1634, what is now the feast of the Immaculate Conception, three archangels and their Queen appeared to Mother Mariana. St. Gabriel was carrying a Ciborium filled with Hosts which Our Lady explained:

According to the prophecies of the saints, there will be reunification between the east and the west. However they all say that Russia will be the first to convert en masse. Note that they will become catholic according the the prophecies. Then later the Greeks will come back due to the holiness of this figure called the “Angelic Pope”. These are not prophecies like the wacky forgeries but real prophecies of real saints like Blessed Bartholomew, St Robert Bellarmine and many others.** I will provide more quotes of such prophecies for anyone interested .**
