The Western Rite Orthodox churches use leavened bread. The Eucharist is distributed under both kinds; commonly by intinction, but not in every instance.
The Stations of the Cross is authorized for use in Western Rite parishes in the Antiochian Archdiocese. (I’m not familiar with the practice in ROCOR.) Stabat Mater may be sung, and is the sequence for the Mass of the Seven Sorrows of the BVM (15 September).
Western Rite parishes in the Antiochian Archdiocese use the fasting schedule which was in place in Roman churches prior to 1962. However, many priests authorize parishioners to abstain from flesh-meat throughout Lent and on Wednesdays.

Western Rite parishes venerate post-Schism saints; however, these are not saints canonized by the Church of Rome, but by the Orthodox patriarchates and their dependencies.
