Hi everyone
I was at the evening Mass at my parish tonight. It’s a nice Mass, although probably not to everyone’s taste - the music and hymns are more modern chosen than at the other Masses and the music group perform. It’s all done very professionally and respectfully. I like it
Anyway - I noticed that the priest (not for the first time) chose to use a ‘non standard’ Eucharistic prayer.
I was wondering if this is allowed - if so where would anyone else be able to find the text. He certainly used a book, it wasn’t a prayer he’d just made up. If these are allowed - who approves them?
Thanks
Vince
