I find it puzzling that a priest would have to say Mass on an ironing board in a hotel room, when most decent motel rooms at least provide a desk of some sort. Honestly… is an ironing board the best “table” to be found?
I think Redemptionis Sacramentum n. 108 makes it quite clear that a bishop and not a priest determines what places are “decent” enough for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
