And every link to it, every view, makes it more popular to act that way.

They used to talk about people going to college as deferred gratification. Really, all that it is is deferred adulthood.

Having children forces people to grow up. Likely, these people will still be kids well into their fifties. They will never have to grow up.

This is just sick. Did you see the evil grins on their faces? I heard the war on the culture of death described once as a fight to keep people from going to hell, because that’s what the consequence of losing is, that millions will go to hell because of things like this. Somebody should have brought in a bullhorn and prayed them out of the room. If somebody had stood up and started a really loud prayer, maybe these people in their ignorance would have become violent and at least that could have removed them from the room. 😦

Like hell it would. The video was put up by Campaign Life in Montreal.
Indeed. The “makes it more popular to act that way” doesn’t work because it cuts both ways. That is, for everyone inspired to act barbarically, there is someone who sees the thuggery for what it is and can perhaps better prepare for it. At the very least one can watch, listen and pray. Ignorance may be bliss, but the Church never counsels it.

Precisely. The protesters acted like pathetic children.

Why would a group of college students “crash” another student group’s discussion with the apparent intent of preventing them from carrying on discussion?

According to the McGill Daily, the “pro-choice” folks were working to stop the presentation days before: *Last Thursday, SSMU Council voted in favour of a resolution to censure “Echoes of the Holocaust.” The resolution also called on the University to prevent the event from taking place, and rescinded Choose Life’s ability to gain SSMU funding in the future, in case the event ended up taking place. *

Because the truth hurts and sex is more enjoyable than parenthood.

I have to wonder how many of those protesters have had an abortion themselves or drove their girlfriend to have one?

What is most unfortunate is that groups targeted by such “protest” are on the horns of a dilemma-either losing the opportunity to present their message or having to stoop to adopt the uncivilized behaviour of their opponents to keep talking, making dialogue and debate even less likely.

It is unfortunate that the rest of the audience didn’t actively discourage this display of pique on the part of the “protesters”.

Because they are Nazis plain and simple. All that’s missing are the brown shirts and the beer steins.
The university should have called the Police ,issued them with letters of trespass, then charged them with tresspassing if they would not leave, arrested them if they still would not leave and hauled them off to jail and expelled them for denying other students their right to speak.
