I think anything we have is a “talent” as such. We are called to us what we have. If I have a house, or the internet, or books, or working eyes, working legs, a healthy (enough) body, a working mind, etc, those are things I can use.
But as regards our “talents” as inborn abilities, this is a difficult thing sometimes. If you are good at science or math, and bad at grammar or poetry, that is a hint perhaps. What if someone does well at everything in school, and so doesn’t know what should be his or her focus? I dunno.
If you’ve got children and a family, that’s your bank or trader to earn interest or dividends.
