I first saw Pat Robertson in 1973 on "The 700 Club " when I was in high school, and have always liked him.
He just seems likeable, down to earth, and fun to listen to. And he seems to have a very deep faith.

I am Catholic and he is Baptist (I believe). I don’t agree with all of his views, but I’ve never heard him say anything critical of the Catholic Church.

I was wondering how he stood with other Catholics, do any of you like him, watch or listen to "the 700 Club? " (I listen to it every day on Sirius radio).
I watch Pat Robertson’s show occasionally, and I’m not even Christian. I like him because he always speaks his mind, even though much of what he says on religion and politics I don’t agree with. He’s a social conservative, but he doesn’t follow the party line. For example, he supported liberal, pro-choice, pro-gay marriage Republican, former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani for President last election, based on economic issues. He’s also a sincere Protestant, and I respect anyone who is sincere about their faith (provided they are not intolerant of others’ religious beliefs).

Are you guys serious??? Pat Robertson is a destructive force in Christianity. He called for the ASSASINATION of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. He has this smirk on his face when he talks about dead Palestinians.
Here’s something I noticed/figured out. Pat and that woman beside him will be praying on the TV. One of them will say “there’s a woman in Nashville Tennessee watching and she has a bad hip”. Then I realised, the program was PRE-RECORDED:eek: . This brand of televison/“christianity” would turn many thinking, caring people AWAY from Christianity. Televangelists are BAD for christianity.
👍

I dont watch and dont care for anyone outside the CC. I dont support anyone who deceives others and entertain and keep people from entering the CC. does anyone see how wrong it is for these heresies to be spreaded to so many people? does anyone today, care about if the people know or not the real truth?

Over all I think Pat is moderate. He does have his “crazy moments” but remember he is in his 80’s. I really never heard him say anything anti-catholic.
