Actually I did address this in a previous post, not to defend “corporate welfare” but to point out that there are other considerations besides postponement of tax revenues. Your link looks interesting but at 20 pages I don’t have time to read it now.I don’t think I see anyone here defending corporate welfare, which costs taxpayers approximately $100 billion per year.
