PDA's at the Sign of Peace

The proper name of the “Sign of Peace” is the Kiss of Peace.

You will see this with the Clergy at times. They do the double kiss on the cheek thing.
 
On a semi-related note: I was on a business trip to Korea recently and attended Mass at the Cathedral in Seoul.

Everyone bows to each other at the Kiss of Peace, it was kinda fun actually 😉

Thats exactly it, its a cultural thing.

When I was on the vocations retreat with the Carmelites, everyone shook hands and hugged each other.
