So many questions and so few answers. Jay Leno often read humorous or ironic media headlines as part of his talk show. Some of them were organizations which called meetings to discuss meetings.

“Meeting-itis” is a disease of the modern world. Everything has to be discussed to death. I see a lot of it as people needing to feel like they’re engaged in some kind of worthwhile activity.

Good managers leave people alone to get their jobs done.
