I’m sorry but no court can overturn a law because you don’t like it. The executive order that is suppose to be signed today is a good faith order because the language is already in the current law. It sounds more like some people are hoping and praying that a healthcare bill will be taken from the American people? Doesn’t sound charitable to me, sounds more like sour grapes? IF we can’t get our way then no one will? Not only does the executive order FALL SHORT of the Stupak language, it WILL BE OVERTURNED in the courts. It is counter to already established Supreme Court rulings (on legislation, not executive orders, can place such protections). The pro-abortion lobby will soon sue and they will win.
The executive order is a toothless, political smokescreen.
