Oh you poor dear, this sounds like me.I remember perimenopause and how terrible it was. I don’t want to scare you, but mine started in my late 30’s and didn’t end until I was 55. I was always anemic, I had fibroid tumors. I was a single Mom and couldn’t have a hysterectomy because there was no one to help me take care of my son while I recuperated. I had hormonal migraines the last 4-5 years. It was horrible. I prayed and prayed for it to stop.
Finally it did. However, postmenopause hasn’t been that great either. I thought I would have a lot of energy since I would not be anemic anymore, but that has not been the case. Loss of energy and depression!
