There is someone in my Parish pushing for The Dismal of catechumens in between Advent and lent as well during advent and lent. Is this allowed? Is this the way it should be?

Can you explain what this is? I’ve never heard of it.The Dismal of Unbaptized
The dismissal can be done with the unbaptized from the very beginning of their journey. It isn’t limited to Lent. There is someone in my Parish pushing for The Dismal of Unbaptized in between Advent and lent as well during advent and lent. Is this allowed? Is this the way it should be?
Dismissal isn’t mandatory, although it’s preferred. Read the rite book, paragraph 67 includes the rite for dismissal— A and B for catechumens leaving and C if they are staying. Paragraphs 81-89 explain the dismissal. The Rite Of Acceptance was last Sunday, so my question should be is it mandatory for The dismall to happen Advent Threw Easter?
