The city’s cathedral and Sto. Niño in Tacloban will have a Holy Door for plenary indulgence. Mgr Du issued a decree to that effect in accordance with Pope Francis’. The archbishop plans to bring the Jubilee to where the typhoon hit in 2013 killing more than 5,000 people. Locals rebuilt the churches.
