The Boeing 707 that served President Ronald Reagan as Air Force One, now on permanent display at the Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California.

My parents had a mid-60s Buick Skylark station wagon when we were kids. It looked like this, blue, with the extra glass near the roof in back, where my siblings and I often sat (with no seat belts! 😯)

My dad used to wrap his own rods. He enjoyed surf fishing the most.

Two things that moved me: my old 1982 Toyota 4X4, and my Ocean kayak (We still have the kayak, though my son uses it more than I do.)

i used to surf fish the outer banks in the 80’s. i used an ulgy stix and my cousin used ones he wrapped himself. his looked prettier but we both pulled in the big blues. i drove the beach in a 1980 bronco.

i now have a malibu mini-x which i still cart around and use every now and again

He looks quite relaxed on the wood. Cats sure know how to get comfortable.

This is the one car I’ve owned that I most regret buying, a 1985 Chevy Sprint. With a three cylinder Suzuki engine, it required a lot of maintenance; more than I had time for at that time in my life. We had some adventures in it, though. I drove it through Death Valley with my young son, a rather foolish decision looking back now. It broke down on the way home 😒.
