Plan B at Hospitals?

Someone please help me understand this. Roman Catholic Biships (I am not sure who that is), have agreed to administor Plan B drugs to rape victims.

What is the propuse of the drug, if not aborting a baby?

From wht ive heard, If the egg is not fertalized it will not be fertalized. But if it is fertalized it will not be allowed to implant, and therefore it is a willful abortion.

God help us.

Ahhh, Plan B. Heavily advertised at my university in the women’s washrooms. Which is generally where I feel like going when I see one of the posters. Yep, it’s an abortifacient that they hand out to anyone who asks for it, even young teenagers. Perhaps we should be offering counselling to rape victims instead of abortions.
