“This is good news for families in the state of Iowa,” said Iowans For Life Director Maggie DeWitte. “We worked hard this last session to educate legislators and the general public that there are many quality community health centers in Iowa that provide comprehensive healthcare to women and families across the state. And they do so without taking the life of precious human beings.”

Good news. We don’t have to wait for the Supreme Court to decide against the legality of abortion; there are other, more direct and effective ways to curb it such as what Iowa pursued. That’s why it is so important to vote against the party of death (you know who I’m talking about).

I’m pleased with all the good news lately. Thanks for sharing this.

God bless.

They’re falling like dominoes!

Abortion is just a version of the death penalty, so a lot of folks should be happy with news like this. 😃

Actually, they are 2 completely different things but I don’t want to get into that here.

You’re right, in a way. 😊

In the case of abortion, the death penalty is inflicted on the innocent.
In the case of adults, the death penalty is inflicted on those who have been found guilty.

Whether it should be used in the second case is something i don’t want to get into, either. It’s been off the books in all States in this country for decades. 🤷

To amplify your point, per Pope Benedict XVI: (I am paraphrasing)

“The death penalty is imposed on someone who is found guilty of a very serious crime and who poses a direct threat to society. Whereas, abortion imposes death on someone who is completely innocent.”

Well put!
