TK421 the organs are pretty much useless except for research. To be viable for transplant unpaired vital organs must be removed from a living person with circulation and respiration. I suppose there may be some cases where they have planned harvesting organs of an older fetus,but that would be very difficult to prove.

How did we ever get to this point in our society?? I didn’t even know what an abortion was till after I was married and had several babies. Miscarriage, yes but for a mother to kill her own baby. I lived in Colo. then and it was, I think the first state to legalize abortion. I couldn’t believe it was really happening. I never dreamed our whole country would turn on tiny babies. What have we become in the past 50 years?? Certainly nothing to be proud of anymore. God Bless, Memaw

It didn’t seem to jump around that much to me and her statements taken in isolation are very damning even without context (I can’t imagine a context that would make what she is saying into something good or even neutral).

The people who do these undercover stings are usually pretty media savvy. They will release an edited video, then when the organization in questions argues that the video was “heavily edited” and “took remarks out of context,” reveal the full video to show that it was even worse than we imagined. That seems to be happening here.
 
This nation has squandered what little bit of morality it ever had. I am expecting fire and brimstone any time now.

No doubt excuses will be made for this demonic practice, by people who would be calling for her to be shot at dawn if she was a doing the same things to domestic pets that she admits doing to people, whilst she sips wine and munches salad.

It’s not illegal to donate tissue, but the sale of it is definitely illegal. The costs to which Ferraro alludes would not apply in abortions, since that is a paid-for procedure by the mother. Transportation costs would almost certainly not apply on a body-part basis either, especially with the wide disparities of price noted by PP’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola in the video.

The context of the video was clearly not reimbursement for transportation of random tissue. Nucatola talks extensively about the demand for specific body parts in relation to price. “A lot of people want liver,” Nucatola states, and then explains how they train their staff to perform these abortions so that PP clinics can harvest organs to meet specific demand, and then make the sale. At one point, Nucatola even talks about body parts being on a “menu.”

Besides, if this was all business as usual, why does Nucatola discuss the strategic policies of the corporate office to have the affiliates front these sales? The reporter posing as a buyer asks Nucatola why he can’t just coordinate the sales with the national office. “We have a Litigation and Law Department which just really doesn’t want us to be the middle people for this issue right now,” and that their lawyers consider it “too touchy” for the national office. “But I will tell you that behind these closed doors,” Nucatola explains further, “these conversations are happening with the affiliates.”

There is no possible context for these remarks to be about “reimbursements” or “transportation costs.” This is about illegal trafficking in aborted babies, and what Nucatola describes is an organized strategy to cover it up. Congress should demand an immediate investigation into this practice.

I just never understand that. An unborn baby is NOT anyone’s property but God’s. He created this child, with his or her soul, He breathed life into this child, knit him or her together in the womb, knew him or her before He even made the child… Talk about objectifying a human being. An unborn baby is an individual. Sometimes I feel these pro-abortion/ anti-lifers think the woman and the baby are one and the same. It would seem so. The baby is not an appendage of her. It is its own person! They act as though the baby is a polyp inside of her that should be removed. How callous.

What will be enough? God’s judgment, which seems so late in coming.
These babies do not have “recycle me” stamped onto them. I’ve never understood why they aren’t deserving of the same right to life as anyone else? They are no damned different. They are no less a person, just because they aren’t fully developed and haven’t been physically born yet. Well they’ve been created and they are in existence and that should be enough!
