This also does nothing to dispel Dr. Nucatola seeming to describe the abortion as doing it in a way where she can save an organ, liver and heart of the fetus/baby; nothing was said on this in this process they speak about. I thought tissue was being spoken about so this may be illegal, we will see.
**Is Planned Parenthood selling organs? **

Rising bio-tech company, Stem Express, based in Placerville, is now at the center of a controversy involving the buying and selling of organs of aborted fetuses from Planned Parenthood.

This isn’t revenue. The money is to cover the cost of transporting the tissue to the donor recipient. This is just another ginned up non-controversy from a desperate movement of radical anti-choicers.
Napoleon,
What’s clear is you have **ZERO **background in business or accounting, and you are working the official PP SPIN.

From an accounting perspective, any money flowing into the non profit organization is considered revenue and non profits do in fact sell goods and services for compensation (revenue).

It’s largely irrelevant that their cost accounting may show the revenue from baby parts as being fully consumed by cost allocations. There is no basis for rejecting the use of the words ‘sell’ or 'revenue’

That sounds like a bordello that was busted near me recently. They claimed they didn’t take money for the act of prostitution, they just accepted “donations.”

It didn’t work for them, either.

Clearly, what has not been debunked was their other violation of federal law, based on her statements:

From 42 U.S. Code § 289g–1 - Research on transplantation of fetal tissue

(2) Additional statement
In research carried out under subsection (a) of this section, human fetal tissue may be used only if the attending physician with respect to obtaining the tissue from the woman involved makes a statement, made in writing and signed by the physician, declaring that—
(A) in the case of tissue obtained pursuant to an induced abortion—
(i) the consent of the woman for the abortion was obtained prior to requesting or obtaining consent for a donation of the tissue for use in such research;
**(ii) no alteration of the timing, method, or procedures used to terminate the pregnancy was made solely for the purposes of obtaining the tissue; **
😃 Thanks for the laugh…and for the great information re: violation of Federal law.

Thank you.

This needs to be quoted every time someone tries to claim these are just donations.

These are not donations.
Here is why…

Has anyone bothered to ask where all of the written consent forms are?

If it is true that the women’s body is sacrosanct and her right to do with it is paramount, then there should be signed written consent for these ‘donations’.

Right?

Absolutely, and PP should be able to produce those in response to a subpoena.

Besides the admission of harvesting fetal organs, Nucatola also admitted on how they circumvent the partial birth abortion ban.

Irrespective of the legality of selling baby parts, circumventing the ban on partial birth abortion is a crime PP seems complicit in.

I expect PP lawyers already have their ducks in a row to defend on these points. The real harm to PP will occur in two areas:
  • further investigation that opens their books, and the books of the middlemen, may flag other more significant breaches of trust and the law.
  • their teflon coating is wearing thin. This sort of press will tank their donations.

Video also shows that their primary concern is not the health of the woman. She said they changed the method of abortion to maximize fetal tissue recovery. The health of the woman is secondary

That might be stretching it a bit. You could maximise that and still hold the health of the woman to be the most important thing. If it has little affect on her health than it wouldn’t really matter. I don’t believe that Planned Parenthood wants to harm it’s patrons.

I think what they’re doing is evil enough without trying to read between the lines.

I don’t have to read between the lines . I heard what she said. You will not find any obstetrician that will tell you the Breech position is the best way to deliver a baby, even when you’re setting up to kill it. She specifically said they would put a child in breach position to facilitate tissue recovery

She has been called to testify before congress, apologies if I am repeating this and someone else said it, I know I heard it somewhere.

They are not “selling” the body parts. That was been well debunked. They are donating them and taking a small fee ($30-$100) to cover their expenses related to the donation.
According to the lead investigator, David Daleiden, Planned Parenthood affiliates often incurred $0 additional costs when passing on the organs. The buyer came to the laboratory with their own equipment, simply receiving the organ down the hallway. Thus the $30-100 would potentially be 100% profit. A few of those every day could add up to thousands and thousands of dollars in a year. See partial transcript of interview with Daleiden here.

So you are okay with it?
