This is not about fetal tissue research, it is about the illegal sale of harvested body parts from aborted babies. Anyone referencing medical research is deflecting to a related topic that is not part of the current issue being addressed.

If PP ceased their organ harvesting business fetal tissue research would continue regardless.

The Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking StemExpress officials taken at a restaurant in May. It appears to be the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization.

Kind of big news but I would think, the organization should have and may have known they would run into something like this.

On to other news, Wisconsin has outlawed the selling of fetal tissue and organs. Check for details, but they outlawed it and good for them.
 
Planned Parenthood must really, really be hurting over this scandal, asking the media to not cover it.

Good, I hope it does financially hurt them and make whomever might go there, do something different, for whatever their needs are.

The injunction against releasing videos is very very limited. It applies only to video footage of three executives of the stem cell company discussing procurement . Since this video has already been released it is doubtful the injunction will hold up the release of the remaining nine videos

Correct-and they cant stop the showing of the future videos(which is what StemExpress wanted the Court to do) because prior restraint is not legal in the US
 
Have completed email messages to my Senators and Congressman including the House Speaker John Boehner. Please, if you haven’t done so, please email (call, write) your elected folks and request the same result - defund Planned Parenthood!

Imagine our Blessed Mother asking us to do this, how could we refuse.:blessyou:
