The American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and the National Education Association (NEA) are among a handful of Unions that have donated to Planned Parenthood in the United States. For example, in 2012, the New York City chapter of AFT gave $125,000 to the abortion company. Then, in the wake of the organization’s scandal regarding selling aborted babies’ body parts, the New York City branch of AFT said they still support Planned Parenthood and urged “all members to support Planned Parenthood as members and contributors.”

The Washington Free Beacon reports that over the last five years Planned Parenthood has also received money from the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, United Autoworkers Union, Service Employees International Union, and the United Food and Commercial Union.

NEA, not to be confused with NEA, National Endowment for the Arts. I thought NEA, National Education Association received Federal money, maybe not. Still, NEA represents teachers and gives to Planned Parenthood.

It’s quite a racket. The Democrats push through bloated education bills that help subsidize the salaries of teachers. The unions then take money from their teachers salaries and give a portion of it to the Democrats . It is basically a money-laundering scheme where the students and the American taxpayer get the short end of the stick

That seems very wrong to me too. I bet the videos were put out by Planned Parenthood Action Fund who I believe don’t receive federal funds but I don’t really know how all this works.

It does make me wonder if the Bishops can start a Catholic Action Fund that strictly does political work and won’t put their tax exemption at risk. This is how Planned Parenthood can endorse candidates.

And the very fact that PP refuses to contemplate this proves in my view that abortions are not a peripheral extra but absolutely at the heart of what they are about.

Senators should take out ads saying, Will the DEMS shut down gov’t just to fund PP? And PP is going to be BUSY with this one…libertynews.com/2015/08/congress-issues-list-of-demands-for-planned-parenthood-last-one-is-a-potential-nail-in-the-coffin/ Congress demanding accounting for ALL federal funding to PP…AND demands they list what services PP provides that can’t be done at any other health care place!👍

I’m afraid the train has left the station and is not coming back. The average person is simply knee-jerk trained to look the other way in the face of evil. “It’s not my business”, “A woman has civil rights”, “It’s not human”, “I don’t want to get all fundamentalist about it”.

Plus, so many of us have been ingesting violence for so long that our sensitivities are blunted. Is it real, or is it not real? Is it human or is it Hollywood? Does violence really hurt?

Plus, we are individuals. Our emotions and feelings are king. We want OUR individual rights, everyone else be damned.

In all seriousness, we are the complacent German townspeople waiting to be paraded past the coming horrors. I fear it is waaaay too late.

But, Christ has won. So we have hope in the midst of it all.
