Thank you, CAFers, for praying for me. 
The fever ended yesterday and I came home last night. In another ten days or so, I should be back to normal. May God bless all of you for your thoughtfulness.
In thanksgiving for mercy granted,

I thank all of you for your continued prayers. This has been a rough row to hoe, and I seem to be going backward. I have a cochlear implant scheduled for a week from today, so need a drastic change in order that the surgeon doesn’t cancel. I keep a gold Special Intentions Journal in which I’ve written all your names, and am saying prayers for all your intentions each day. Thank you so much for your kindnesses.
