O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

I thank you all for your continued prayers. Drove to hospital earlier today for medical records to take with me to a hospital in another city for my 2nd cochlear implant on Wednesday. While there, had extreme chest pain and just now being released from ER, as heart numbers are good. The problem is apparently within the chest wall, perhaps from oxygen insufficiency. I do use oxygen at night, so that’s plausible. At this point, I still am scheduled for the cochlear implant on Wednesday at 7:00 AM, so I do very much appreciate your prayers! ❤️

Dear Jesus,
Please help all of us to appreciate our good health when we have it. Help us to weather the uncertainties in our health and in our daily struggles. Guide us in kindness, generosity, and love of our neighbors. Help us to shoulder our crosses and persevere. Protect our faith and those whom we love. Have mercy on our frailties and restore our health. Help us to bring a good example to others and to bring honor to Your Name. In Your Name do we ask, Dear Jesus. Teach us to accept Your Will, whatever it may be. Amen.

Praying for you today and will pray tomorrow morning at 7.

I thank both of you for your prayers here and all the members who have remembered me in their private prayers.

Update: My surgery went very well and the surgeon expects my eventual ability to hear to be among the best possible outcomes. Praise be to God!

I’m very groggy. Keep falling asleep trying to type. My son is staying with me in a motel near the hospital, just in case we need to make a mad dash back to the hospital. On Saturday, he’ll take me home, a little over an hour away, and a friend will stay with me so that he can return to his home and business in Kentucky.

Very difficult to stay awake and focus. I’ll return when I can think better. My love to and prayers for everyone. I’ll be back in a few days.

All praise to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.

Thank you for the update.
Glad all went well. 🙂
Praying you have a speedy recovery and your hearing restored quickly. Asking our Lord that you have no reason to rush back to the hospital and are able to rest and recuperate. 🙏

Blessed Saint Raphael, Archangel,
We beseech thee to help us in all our needs and trials of this life, as thou, through the power of God, didst restore sight and give guidance to young Tobit. We humbly seek thine aid and intercession, that our souls may be healed, our bodies protected from all ills, and that through divine grace we may be made fit to dwell in the eternal Glory of God in heaven.
Amen.

Praying~ 🙏🙏🙏

O Jesus, Good Shepherd,
You heal the sick and needy.
We give you all those parts of our body
which have suffered from illness.
You know what it is like to endure pain.
Look kindly on @Minks today and heal them.
Restore Minks to strength of soul and body.

Give Your gift of wisdom to Minks’ physician
that he or she may be guided by the Holy Spirit in all they do. Bless their nurses so that their hands will become Your hands as they touch Minks.
Bless, too, the medication. O Jesus, grant us all Your healing grace of love and peace.

Amen.
🙏

I thank each of you for your prayers for my safe surgery and good recovery, and all of those who have prayed privately for me. I did recover from the auto-immune problems enough that my right-side cochlear implant occurred on Wednesday morning. It will take several months of brain training to determine how well I’ll do, but the surgeon is very positive about the ultimate outcome, believing that I’ll be able to capture a high percentage of speech sounds within a year or so. I’m both excited and overwhelmed. Now that the second implant has been made, my own ability to hear without a processor is absolutely zilch, but that’s mainly a problem if someone should break in while I’m asleep. I hope to receive an all-clear to resume driving and regular activities on Dec 6. Again, I thank you. Please pray for others now that I’m over the hump. May God bless you richly. 😇
