Salutations,
Time! Prayer! It’s great, in these troubled days, you are returning to God. Your 4 yo needs God as we all do. By little Jesus books to read to her. Noah’s ARK toy is fun w the animals going in and out of ARK. She’ll learn animal names. There are childhood videos of Bible stories. Perchance, if your wife hears some background stuff, she’ll get interested. You cannot nag. Gently, intermittently invite her to join your life in your journey. “MISS YOU, HON!” It’s Easter time. Put some decorations for His Ressurection around. The Easter Bunny is celebrating His Ressurection w colored eggs. Eggs are symbols of rebirth w coming out of the shell( the tomb). Watch this good movie. It was in regular theaters years ago. “JESUS CHRIST OF NAZERETH”. Robert Patterson plays Jesus. When he prayed the Beatitudes, the film crew was crying. It’s Jesus’s whole life. Mel Gibson’s “THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST” is jaw dropping and soul numbing. It is not for 4 yo’s. Hopefully, she’ll accept these as they were in secular movies. Movie night w popcorn or Hors d’ouvres and wine??
If she thinks, she has to change lifestyle to be in church, she doesn’t.
Just as I am, without one plea,
But that Thy blood was shed for me,
And that Thou bid’st me come to Thee,
O Lamb of God, I come! I come!
2
Just as I am, and waiting not
To rid my soul of one dark blot;
To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
3
Just as I am, though tossed about
With many a conflict, many a doubt;
Fightings within, and fears without,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
4
Just as I am, poor, wretched, blind;
Sight, riches, healing of the mind;
Yes, all I need, in Thee to find,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
5
Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
Wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
Because Thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
6
Just as I am, Thy love unknown
Has broken every barrier down;
Now, to be Thine, yea, Thine alone,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
BILLY GRAHAM had this played every appearance. What a testimony for God. He preached simple words. In every nation(almost),
People heard those words and came to Christ more fully. No scandal. His family glowing.
He’ll hear,”JOB WELL DONE, BILLY, COME ON IN!”
Rejoicing w you on your new beginning.
In Christ’s Love

Let nothing disturb you,
Let nothing frighten you,
All things are passing away:
God never changes.
Patience obtains all things.
Whoever has God lacks nothing;
God alone suffices.
Prayer of St. Teresa of Avila.
