My dear friends in Christ…I wish to thank you for your comforting responses and prayers and humbly ask that you continue to pray for my son. (see “desperately ask for prayer”) I don’t know what the outcome will be but I have been able to let go of the extreme anxiety, fear and stress that overpowered me. I know with your continued prayers my son will be victorious in his struggle with his drug addiction, legal and financial issues. One day at a time, but since I first posted, prayers are being answered. Thank you my dear friends.

Isaiah 25:1 “O LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done marvelous things, things planned long ago”.

The gracious and loving God, Who conceived of both you and your son from all eternity, is ever aware of your thoughts and anxieties. He alone offers hope in all situations, and is waiting for your trust to be placed completely in Him. So many distractions of this world lead you away from faith and trust. News of failures saturates us. But, the eternal news of God’s forgiveness and the Kingdom He established, not to rule over alone, ,but with us in His blessed company, is intended to comfort us in this life. Take refuge in the Lord, for in Him is all truth and justice. He has a plan for both you and your son, but human weakness requires time to overcome. He, Who is all patience, all love, all hope, and every promise of goodness, will ensure that His plan is completed in both of you. When life seems too difficult, collapse into His loving arms and he will carry you through it all.

You are in my prayers.

Will keep your son in prayer and pray too that The Lord will relieve you of andue anxiety and stress and keep you in His Peace…
