Please pray for a friend losing her fight with cancer

A friend of our family has been fighting the good fight with breast cancer, but on her latest visit to the cancer institute, Sharon was diagnosed with yet another tumor, this one on her brain stem. She has come back to her faith, and she and her family have been searching for a miracle, but this bit of news does not look good. Her time is short.

Please pray for graces to be given her to carry this cross to the end and for strength to her husband and children. All things are possible with God.

Jesus help this woman who is sick in her illness, to bear this burden, this cross. Assist her family who is holding her up to you and your Mercy to relieve her. Most importantly where others can see you in her, let it be so. That her suffering would be tied to yours for the redemption of the world, let it be so. That the wisdom and knowledge that others can gain from it, let it be so. Please only give this woman what she can take. During this advent we might ask for a reprieve to enjoy Christmas and we pray that the miracle she seeks would be granted unto her.

You come to us as a baby, and bring peace to the world. Please fill all of our hearts with the joy that is You!!! Amen.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Sharon is still with us and putting up a strong fight. It looks as though she will be spending Christmas surrounded by family and friends. I continue to pray for a miracle, but His will be done.

Again, thank you brothers and sisters for your kindness. May our Blessed Mother take each of you into Her Immaculate Heart and show you Her Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus.

St. Peregrine, patron of cancer patients, pray with us to the Heavenly Father, that He place His healing and strengthening hand on Sharon, that she might be healed and able to persevere in the good grace of God during this immense trial. Amen. :signofcross:

LOrd please bring hope and healing to Sharon and her family. Please let them be strong for her and give her to grace to still have faith. Heal her of this horrible disease and keep her healthy in this new year for her family. Grant them a miracle.please help her doctors to do their best in her care.

Merciful Lord of all, You created Sharon out of Your immeasurable love for her. We beseech You to shed Your mercy and grace upon her as she struggles through this ultimate test of her faith and will. May her spirit be filled with joy at the resurrection of Christ, her Savior. Heavenly Creator, grant that Sharon strives, with all of her strength, to do Your will and to surrender completely to Your tender love for her. Look with kindness upon the doctors, nurses and technicians who treat her, moving them to have great compassion upon her. I ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.
 
Will be keeping Sharon in daily prayer with Our Lady and St. Joseph…and also for all those round her who love and care for her at this very difficult time…
Sacred Heart of Jesus we trust you…
