will call doctors office tomorrow and leave a message. it just might be too soon to increase meds but i’ll ask for a specialist if the doctor calls back.
The medical standard for treatment of scrupulosity is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Essentially, scrupulosity is a learned thought disorder. That type of thinking can be UN-learned. Many good psychologists can help.
