I am not really interested in all these prayers I believe in my destiny in my unluckiness and I believe in hard work when I was success.

Thank you, these are some great suggestions. I was praying every prayer in the book. Especially St. Micheal. I had run into him at the mall on accident, and I prayed over him silently. I was really getting into praying for him, then it just died. But I’m slowly getting it back…Jeanne,
Let me start of by saying that you are in my prayers. Far to often we try to equate our faith to a feeling. Thought feeling our faith is wonderful it is not necessary to “feel good” all the time. Often things in this world, including friends and family, do things we wish they wouldn’t have gotten into. Your friend needs your continued prayer. BUT, be ware. There is a dark force that tries to lure all to it away from God. That dark force is not of God and thus we know what it is. I would considering praying a novena for your friend, something powerful. I would also seriously consider praying for intercessory prayer from some of the great Saints that were attached by demons. St. Francis, St. Pio, and others But these just roll right up to the front of my mind. Divine Mercy is one of my favorite devotions. Of course never under value the power of the rosary.
Prayers like this I believe require prayer and fasting. Offer up your suffering for your friend’s conversion. Pray for God’s Divine Mercy to cover your friend. That 's the direction I would go in. Light a candle for your friend every night, if not perpetually. This is a practice my family started 3 years ago after our conversion and strange experiences I won’t go into. A candle brings light to darkness. Let God’s light shine through you by your prayers.
You should not worry so much for your friend but take care of your spiritual needs. Go to frequent confession for yourself. But before just going to a deep examination of conscience. Pick of the Divine Office and make it part of your routine. Most of all, let yourself off the hook of being the only source of salvation for your friend. God does give us free will.
Hope something in there helps. I’ll light a candle for you right now… and one for your friend as well.

I believe that your experience is the typically described as “ecstasy” that the Saints describe. I know the feeling. It’s a remarkable experience. I’ve had the same in the privacy of my own home a few times. Words do not exist to describe just how wonderful it is to feel this way. I’m glad you liked the suggestions.Thank you, these are some great suggestions. I was praying every prayer in the book. Especially St. Micheal. Today I went to Mass, and I recieved the Eucharist. It was like eating a really good piece of chocolate, absolutely delightful. It was perfect. I just cried my eyes out, I was so full of admiration and love for our Lord. That made me feel a little better.

Thank you so much.I’m one of the witchraft-practicing friends who drive people like you buggy, but I’ll offer some advice anyway. Sometimes to get more, you have to do less. A bit like the old zen wisdom about holding onto sand. The tighter you try to grip it, the more it slips away. You’ve gotten so focused on the narrow problems that you have blinded yourself to the splendor of the big picture all around you. Faith isn’t like the self help stuff on Oprah, you don’t get 100 % gratification when you want it. And you don’t have to be at prayer or on call 24 hours a day. God’s a big boy. I’m sure he appreciates your effort, but He can handle his business on his own when he has to.
You’re also making a huge mistake on a metaphysical level. Christian prayer and the magick are very different in origin and purpose, but they’re identical in that they’re both energy work. In either case, you’re not supposed to drain all of YOUR personal energy into the work, you’re supposed to channel power from without and direct it. Your prayer is meant to draw on God’s divine power and direct it somewhere on behalf of someone (and maybe enjoy the fruits of it yourself). You’re too focused on one half of the equation, which is the use of that power ON something or someone else. To do that, you first have to be open and receptive, and you’re much too clenched and closed down to do that. You need to step away from the problems for a bit, renew yourself, and for God’s sake, learn to laugh at the absurdity of the problems that come your way. Gods do have a sense of humor. Any omnipotent being who would give a race of monkeys a prefrontal cortex and speech obviously has a fine sense of humor, if a someone dark one. Be well.
