Please pray for Mickey my brother

Loving God,

We lift up our continuing intentions for Mickey in the hope that your divine mercy and blessings can be with him during this time of illness, pain, suffering, and anxiety. We ask for healing for Mickey in accordance with your Holy and perfect will, and for the presence of your comforting and consoling Holy Spirit to be with Mickey, and the friends and family members to strengthen all for the trials ahead. Lord, we know you love each of your children and want only the best for us. Please help Mickey, Rocket, and the family to maintain courage, strong faith, and trust in your divine providence.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, the Good Shepherd of your people.

Update: Mickey’s hip operation was successful and the doctors believe that it will significantly ease his pain. Again, thanks for your prayers and God bless you all.

Update: I visited Mickey in the hospita this morning. He looked good and was in good spirits. He’s hoping to go home tomorrow and then begin rehab. Thanks again for the prayers and God bless you all abundantly.

Update: Mickey’s being moved to another hospital for rehab. Please keep the prayers coming.

Update: Just got off of the phone with Mickey. He sounded awful and didn’t want to talk much. His therapy is going well but he is still in pain and due to the cancer in his shoulder he has trouble lifting himself up. Please keep the prayers coming.

We seek thy merciful aid, St. Peregrine, especially for those afflicted or threatened by cancer, by any ailment of the foot, or by any incurable diseases. Please help us quickly to find a cure for cancer, and a remedy for all our human infirmities of soul, mind, and body. Amen.
