Please pray for my cat Smoke. She’s 9 years old. She’s vomiting a lot and won’t eat or drink. She has an appointment at the vet in about 3 hours. Please pray that she’ll be OK - she’s my Kitty-Love. ❤️

Heavenly Father, please help us in our time of need. You have made us stewards of Smoke, the cat. If it is Your will, please restore her to health and strength. I pray, too, for other animals in need. May they be treated with the care and respect deserving of all Your creation. Blessed are You, Lord God, and holy is Your name for ever and ever. Amen.

Lord please console and strengthen Simca in this anxious and distressing situation.
 
I know what it is like to have a sick animal that you love. I have a dog that is 7 years old and is an un-regulated diabetic and I have been fighting for his life since June of last year. Do not give up. I am so sorry for your pain. May god bless you and your little fur baby…
 
Poor kitty - I hope that Smoke will be okay. I’ll offer prayers for her. Let us know how she is doing.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Simca. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Simca’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
 
The vet doesn’t think it’s serious, but he wants to see her tomorrow. He gave her a couple of shots for inflation, pain, and an antibiotic.

Meanwhile, nothing’s changed. She keeps vomiting, and now she hasn’t eaten or had anything to drink for about 35 hours. She’s moping, at times crying, and is hiding under furniture. Her stomach is very sore.

I think the vet will have to keep her overnight tomorrow and start her on a drip.

Thank you for your prayers for my Smoke.

Hi Simca,

I am so very sorry to hear that your beloved kitty is sick.

Prayers said to St. Francis of Assisi and St. Gertrude of Nivelle (patron saint of cats) on your behalf.

P.S. Get them to take an x-ray in case it’s a blockage or she last ate something she shouldn’t. X-rays for pets don’t cost as much as for people.
