Thanks Teresa and Denise, yesterday was a wonderful day, today however I am soooo depressed, the day started out okay but got sadder as it went on. My dad is losing his hair, the foster kids stuff is aggravating me–just ready to send them on their way–just a bad day. Guessing this is how it goes with cancer to deal with. It stinks.

Chris if there is anything I can do… as you know I just lost my dad to cancer. I’ve been reading your posts and they remind me of my past posts for my father… the desperation, the wanting of many to pray and storm heaven. If there is anything I can do, if there is any advice I can give you, please don’t hesitate to ask. Unfortunately I’ve been there done that.

For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being. You turned to God when the power of human beings could do no more, and you were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His cross to heal your affliction. speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into his body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and charity for his creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety.
