Lord Jesus, you became man,
suffered and died here on this
earth. You understand our pain
and struggles. I pray for bongperocho,
he needs your guidance, strength,
and wisdom. Grant him this special
grace.
AMEN

Bongperocho, the weight of sin can cause you to turn away from God. Have you been to reconciliation? It will immediately restore your relationship with God, and will lift your spirit so that you will thank and praise God every day.

You will undergo tests of your faith from time to time. Be strong and thank God for the good and the bad in your life, because it is all intended for the perfection of your soul. He loves us all of the time, and to whom much (love) is given, much (love) will be expected.

Lord of mercy, as You look with your unfathomable love upon bongperocho, grant an increase in faith and gratitude, so that bongperocho will thank and praise You in every situation, blessing Your Holy Name for your goodness and Divine mercy. I ask this through Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bongperocho, I understand, and go through similar highs and lows myself. I truly believe that God wants the best for us, even greater things than we can imagine for ourselves, and I simply try to be patient because I know that perfect takes a little longer.

Father, please be with Bongperocho this day, an dlet him know that You are there. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

God Bless
In Jesus through Mary

I think we are all perhaps faced with similar. When in the down times, make a point of thanking God too, though you cannot feel thankfulness. He is always and forever working in our best interests, though we may not be able to sight this in our human logic. Will be keeping you in prayer with St. Teresa of Avila, that great theologian and teacher of prayer…Barb

Dear Kabayan,

I guess it’s hard to practise our faith when we are far away from our country. Where mass is celebrated every hour, chapels always open, elders reminds us of our catholic duties. Being away makes us feel like we have to seek our faith, travel, make time. Unlike in the our country, it seems so natural, easy flowing. It makes us feel guilty for not being able to practise it like we used to. We feel the high and low of our faith, and feel guilty.

I’ve realised that we can only be far away from our faith by the distance we put in between. When God seems so far away, who moved? He didn’t, in fact He is right here, still waiting for us to return to Him. I have and will continue to have my spiritual high’s and lows but the fact that we struggle against not losing our grip on God’s endless mercy, compassion, our faith is once again reinforced. PRAY WITHOUT CEASING. Talk to God, dial a prayer, the same way when we have the urge to call home because we are homesick, call God His line will never be busy, He doesn’t ask much…but gives alot.
