Lord, I pray things turn out favorably for Irishmom’s husband. I pray for peace for the family- they have gone through so much. Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to you I come, before you I stand sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Hello friends. You have been more faithful than me about posting here. 😊 I thank you so much for that and appreciate it more than I can say.

We have just learned that it will not be until June or so when we will find out if the appeal can go forward or be denied. Until then, we will just have to wait and worry. I still don’t see how any judge will let this case be retried after a judge and jury have ruled in my husband’s favor.

So that is my update. It is really draining my husbnd and sending him into further seclusion. It is very difficult to communicate with him. Most times, he only wants to watch tv after work and not interact. It has been having an affect on me also because of this, and I have not been posting prayer intentions as I used to. I know that I should, but I just don’t.

Dear Friend my heart goes out to you. I can imagine the worry and anxiety and stress you are under with this hanging over your heads.
It is understandable that your husband feels like withdrawing but it is so awful for you.
Prayers will continue for the June or whenever the appeal may or may not be decided upon.
You are a wonderful wife and mother under enormous strain.May God bless you and your husband and may Mother Mary hold you up through all these months of worry.
