Please Pray for my Husband and family

Mother of God,

Thank you to all who have my family in your prayers. I can’t tell you how much it means to have others praying with us in asking God to help us overcome this difficult time in our lives. Everything is so uncertain and scary, yet I keep trying to remain calm and to put all my trust in the Lord. I just keep hoping that it is His Will that my husband gets the right job and very soon.

Merciful Lord, You see the faith of this family. This test is for the strengthening of their faith, and so, we pray that Your Holy Will be done for the perfection of their souls. Graciously send Your Holy Spirit to guide them into all truth, and to reassure them of the trustworthiness of Your promises. Out of love of them, draw them together in this time of anxiety, calming their hearts with Your Word of Knowledge. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!
 
Thank you all for your prayers. My husband has applied for everything he can and then some but we haven’t heard anything from anyone in two weeks.

As we try to be patient for your will, Lord, please help my husband gain employment. Please lead him to the job you would want him to work at and open the minds and hearts of the employers to hire him. We ask this in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. AMEN.

Dear Dana / SweetHart,

Praying for you from today’s Liturgy of the Hours, but first a quick comment inspired by this psalm and my own experience … You may wish to consider seeking out Jesus in an Adoration Chapel. You may or may not “feel” anything or receive an answer right away that you can understand … that said, I would say go there, and have faith.

Psalm 26 (27)
Keeping faith in time of peril

The Lord is my light and my help: whom should I fear?
The Lord protects my life: what could terrify me?
When they come to do me harm, to consume my flesh,
my enemies and my persecutors, it is they who stumble and fall.

If their armies encamp against me, my heart will not fear;
if battle flares up against me, even then will I hope.

One thing I beg of the Lord, one thing will I ask: that I may live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
so that I may behold the joys of the Lord and always see his temple.

For he will shelter me in his tent in the time of evils.
He will hide me in the hidden parts of the tabernacle; then raise me up on a rock,

Lord supply a job for sweethart’s husband and bless this family with financial help and happiness . I thank yoiu dear LORD in the name of Jesus, amen . Lord comfort this family and embrace them , I thank yoiu dear LORD in the name of Jesus, amen ., John
 
Thank you phoenix, Grandma Glor, JohnBilancia, and all others who have given the time and effort to pray for my husband and our family. We are truly grateful for your kindness and generosity as we wait for His will to be revealed to us in this matter.

Thank you all who have continued to pray for my husband and family. It’s been nearly three months since my husband was laid off and it’s getting tough. Also my husband had some more medical tests last week and we found out today that a bunch of them didn’t come back very good. Twelve years ago we were told that he wouldn’t live ten years and through the grace of God he’s still here and still able to work if he could find a job. Every night we gather as a family to say prayers and pray for God to assist us in whatever way He can in finding a job for my husband. We really need your prayers and appreciate them very much!!!

I am keeping you all in my prayers. May God bless each and every one of you for all you do for others. Thank you!!
