You and your husband are in my prayers before the Blessed Sacrament today.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

I am praying for you and your husband.

Pray this prayer:

We ask your prayers, St. Joseph, an upright man, a spouse who planned to divorce Mary in secret and who by God’s grace was able to see his role in God’s plan.

We ask you in our behalf to pray to God that our marriage be healed. We are enveloped in pain and despair as you must have been when you learned of Mary’s pregnancy. Be for and with us, Joseph, in our hour of doubt. Let us listen to and heed the voice of God as you did.

Be our intercessor to your Jesus, to give us the blessings to change, to listen, to forgive and most of all to hope that our marriage will heal and our family remain whole and holy.

We give you honor, quiet St. Joseph, for you are a spouse like us, who while knowing pain, did not divorce. By God’s grace you nourished the Holy Family and the Savior of all families throughout the ages.
Amen.

I prayed this prayer for many weeks and my marriage was put back in order. I pray the same for you.

Merciful and loving Lord, let not man and his selfish desires put asunder the one flesh You alone have created from the two. We beseech You to open the heart of this prodigal husband, who has wandered far away, and allow him to come to his senses. May he reflect on the mountain which was lost and the hill that was gained. In his quiet moments of reflection, arrange events so that he ponders life, its origin and its Creator. Help him, Lord, to recall the love that still exists, and that which is to come in a loving reunion. May he not fear his commitment, but embrace it and become more fully a man in that simple act. Comfort cassie89 with the reassurance of Your promises, which are always trustworthy. Restore the fulness of the marital union through humility and obedience to Your commands. Graciously join our prayers with those of the Angels and Saints to form an endless petition for reconciliation in this marriage. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

I prayed for you during Holy Hour before the Blessed Sacrament today, and will continue to pray each day for you.

Praying for you and your husband Cassie. May God guild and take care of you both…

I am praying hard for both you and your husband, and I will remember your intentions during my rosary tonight.

Hello Everyone,
Thank you to all who have been praying for my husband, myself and my marriage. John has went in this morning to fill out papers for divorce. He told me that he will not file them until sometime in October when he is back for awhile. I am praying that he will search his heart and not want this divorce. We have had very emotional talks since he’s been back. I care for him so much that it hurts. He is suffering from depression and feels that no one loves him, not even God. I have been asking God what I should do. I believe that God doesn’t want me to give up on John or this marriage. John has been so hurt in the past that he thinks that is the way it should be. He fights with his negative thoughts everyday. He has been to therapy and does take medication. I believe that God can help him and heal him. I told him that God loves him very much and that God hasn’t given up on him, John then cried in my arms. This man has a good heart and is a good person regardless of what he has done in the past. I told him that I have forgiven him and that I will always love him. He told me that he loves me too and that he never wanted to hurt me, but he thinks he should be alone. I am asking for prayers for John that he will let God in. I have seen moments in John when I know that God is working but he is having a hard time letting him in. John is a good man and has been a good father and a good husband. I pray that this marriage will be healed and that communication between John and myself will continue. We are both hurting right now, but I am not giving up. We have always been friends and there is no anger or hostility towards one another. I know that God always listens and answers, sometimes yes, sometimes no and sometimes wait. I have been praying to St. Joseph daily in hopes that we can stay a family. Thank you for your prayers and God Bless All of You!

:gopray: Father God grab hold of this husband and man and remind him how much You love him. Remind him how much he loves his wife. I pray, knowing what depression can do, asking that You would continue to work through his life and his depression. WE don’t know why somethings happen to us but reminds us that no matter what we are facing You are with us directing us and loving us. Continue to strengthen this dear wife. Continue to give her direction, continue to give her such a feeling of love from You.

Cassie we will continue to pray for you and your husband for communication, love, peace, and unity. We ask the Father in Jesus’ name to grant the prayers of your heart.

I have returned from taking John to the airport. It was a very hard thing for me to do. We sat down last night and he asked me to fill out my information on the intial divorce papers. I have never done anything so hard in my life. He will not file them until he comes back sometime this fall ( September or October). He does truly care and is being fair if we go through with the divorce. I invited his parents over for supper last night and we had a good time. God has been working on both of us and I pray that he will continue to be with both of us during this time. John has said he needs time to think because right now he’s confused. He admitted to me that he fights with Satan every day with his depression and that he doesn’t want him to win his soul, so I know that he is still a believer, but confused at the moment. I had printed some pictures and he asked if he could take them with him so I got a small picture album to put them in so he wouldn’t lose them. There were pictures of our house, his parents, his grandparents and our family. Later he asked if he could take a few more pictures with him and I told him he could and he proceed to show me the pictures he had. One was our wedding photo, one was just the two of us and one was with our family. I cried and hugged him. I will continue to pray for him and I am trying very hard to let go and let God do his work. Thank you all for your continued prayers and I ask that you continue to pray for us. May God Bless You!

Praying for you Cheryl, may God bless and help heal your marriage…

May the gracious and loving Lord continue to work on John’s heart during his most lonely moments. O Lord, cause him to reflect on Your goodness and the beauty of the marriage which he now has. Grant this through Christ Jesus. Amen! Alleluia!

May God Bless You All! I am still praying very hard for John, myself and our marriage. I pray everyday to St. Joseph and to the Holy Mother. I am not having as many depressed moments anymore and I do laugh during the day. Next Monday will be John’s birthday so I am framing some pictures that I know mean a lot to him and sending them to him. We also will have our 15th wedding anniversary next Thursday. This day will be tough, but we are still married and I thank God for this time for each of us to ponder if what we are doing is the right thing. I will not let this marriage fail without knowing that I have done everything to try to keep it together. If it does fail, at least I will know and God will know that I have done my best with God at my side. I continue to pray for John that he may be kept safe and that God will continue to be with him and his depression. I am still praying that our marriage will be healed, there is much love between us. Thank you for your prayers and I will continue to pray for all CAF intentions. :angel1:
