Cassie, you have been on such a spiritual journey and your strength throughout it all reveals the true nature of your spirit. I continue to pray for you and for John.

Loving and merciful God, Your presence in Cassie’s life has allowed her to endure this test of her faith. The strength that comes from on High allows her to persist in her faith, seeking all truth. Shed Your Divine love upon her, carrying her in the safety of Your arms through all that will confront her in this life. Father, you are preparing her for an eternity in Your presence. For this renewal of her spirit, for the mercy You have revealed, we offer our thanks and praise. Remain with her, precious saving Lord, that she may once again be filled with joy in the knowledge of Your presence and that she may devote her life to increased worship of the One True God in three Persons. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

Continued prayers to save you marriage.
May you receive peace and patience

I don’t know what to say. Judging from your writings and how you have shared your life with us; I don’t know what he means by not having enough energy. Your heart is so full of energy and love that it pours out of your writing on the forum. I do know what to say, so many people are going to pray for you and I too will continue to pray but I can’t escape the fact that this situation (the divorce and how it is coming about) sucks! Lite Job after all the calamity that hit him and the lost that he suffered. He cried out to God and God understood his frustration. The important part of the story that I want to remind you of is that when it was over and done with Job’s life was restored and rewarded. So stay strong and faithful, you have been for so long that you are good at it 🙂

August Queen of the Heavens, heavenly sovereign of the Angels, Thou who from the beginning received from God the power and the mission to crush the head of Satan, we humbly beseech Thee to send Your holy Legions, so that under Thy command and through Thy power, they may pursue the demons and combat them everywhere, suppress their boldness, and drive them back into the abyss. Who is like God? O good and tender Mother, Thou will always be our love and hope! O Divine Mother, send Thy Holy Angels to defend me and to drive far away from me the cruel enemy. Holy Angels and Archangels, defend us, guard us. Amen.

Father, work in this husband’s heart. I pray you will open his heart to you, and i pray he will listen, and know your love for him. Bless this wife with your courage, strength and love. And i pray you will bring this marriage back together, with your love, and teach them to love each other…and to know that you are with them.

AMEN

Cassie, I’m sorry to hear what you ahve been through but I’m happy to know your spiritual growing which I know for sure it’s from God’s mercy.
Always pray for you and John

Continued prayers…I agree whole heartedly with all those who have posted yesterday. Beautiful and insightful thoughts and prayers. Take Care…

I’m so, so sorry Cassie but I still strongly believe that God can heal and bind up what is broken. May He bless your faith and steadfastness and continue to flood your heart with his grace. I’ll take your intentions to adoration today.

My dear, dear friend. I hold you up in my prayers. God will help you through this …your faith and trust in our Lord is awe inspiring. Your acceptance in God’s will for you gives me a resurgence of energy to accept God’s will in my own despair. Keep strong my dear sister. I love you. Diane:hug1:

Continuing prayers that John will engage in a sober reassessment of his life, of vows made, promises broken and a heart crushed as a casualty of ego. May Christ continue to give you the strength to persevere in peace and grace. Amen.

Please pray that my husband will let Jesus Christ enter his heart and that he will give our marriage a chance. He will be coming back the 17th to talk and I pray that time has let him search his heart and realize that he would like to give this marriage a chance. I pray that this will be God’s will.
Dear Lord please be present in this marraige and heal it. Help this husband know you and your love and power in his life. Help him love his wife as you love your church and that his wife would respect him. Bless this couple! In your holy name, amen.

Cassie,

I came across this thread tonight and wound up reading all 36 pages. I wanted you to know what an inspiration you are to me and (I can only assume) many others. Your unwavering faith that has carried your through such a trying year is truly inspiring. I will pray for your well being and know that God will lead you through this.

Thank you all for your continued prayers!

My parents celebrated their anniversary on Saturday so our whole family took them out for supper. My mom is continuing to improve and now is using a walker to get around and is getting around really good.

I am continuing to work on myself and doing God’s will. John said that he doesn’t want to lose his best friend and I don’t either. He then told me that he may not sign the papers after all but wants to know what will change. I am not quite sure what he meant by it, but I do know that I have changed just by letting God guide me through this and for the first time I am not sure that I want to continue on this roller coaster with John, I pray that God will give me the answer. I am experiencing peace like I never have before. I do not cry as often and I have come to realize that I am not alone or unloved. I have never been a very social being so being at home by myself does not bother me as much as it would others. I still love John very much and care for him deeply and have faith that this marriage will heal. I pray that John wants this as much as I do, if he doesn’t then I will have to let him go. This is not what I want to do but I do not control him and I have given John up to God. I pray for all of those who are in similar situations as mine, may you find strength in the Lord.

Cassie,
Thank you for your update. Always pray for you and your husband John

Heavenly Father

Thank you for the peace that you have poured into Cassie’s heart. Continue to guide her as she faces difficult decisions. Illuminate her heart with your love. Grant her every grace she needs for today. Help her to always know that you are very near, right in the centre of her heart. Continue to bless her and to increase her holiness. Grant her unfailing hope and unwaivering trust in your Holy will. Fill her heart with understanding. Give her rest when she is weary and be her strength when she feels weak. May she experience just how powerful and glorious you are but also how gentle and merciful. Pour out your abundant love that it may be a fountain welling up to eternal life. Be our strength and our salvation

Amen
