Please pray that my husband will let Jesus Christ enter his heart and that he will give our marriage a chance. He will be coming back the 17th to talk and I pray that time has let him search his heart and realize that he would like to give this marriage a chance. I pray that this will be God’s will.

:gopray: Father God we lift Cassie and her husband to you. Soften her husband’s heart and call him to be one of Yours. Bring him to a saving knowledge. Bring him home to the church. We lift this marriage to You bless it and give it life. Breath Your Holy Spirit into this marriage. We pray that the husband gives the marriage a chance. Father, be with Cassie, strengthen her and comfort her during this time. Direct her Lord, lead her Lord, continue to love her.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Thank you to all CAF members for your prayers. I have to admit that I am a little nervous to see him. We are apart because he started a new job in March that takes him out of state to work on the pipeline. It was a hard decision to make, but times are tough. I just never thought that after 4 months that he would want to divorce. We came to this decision of him going out there together and I knew it was going to be hard. We decided that if it was something that he still wanted to do after this job was done ( which will be the end of September) that I would come out too. I know that there is a reason for this, but right now it is hard. I would like to stay in this marriage with this man that I love, but I know if it’s not in God’s plan I have to accept it. I pray everyday for my husband, my marriage and myself that I will have the courage to face each day. God Bless.

Father, please open this man’s heart and eyes
when he returns home to his wife.
Allow nothing but “love” for her to flow
through his mind.
Help this couple to heal what is broken in
their marriage.
AMEN

You, your husband and your marriage are in my prayers.

Say Jesus I Trust in You! throughout the day!

I talked to my husband last night and he is still insistant on getting a divorce. He says that people change and that he will always love me as a person. He says that him coming home will make it harder on me to get on. I told him that I love him and that I pray for him. He says he struggles everyday with depression and that he has crying fits and he feels alone, he thinks no one cares. I pray that God will help him because he has a lot of resentment to what happened in the past and can not let it go. He thinks God is responsible for his boys ( he’s been married once before) going through abuse from their mother. He has been to conselors and therapy, but it hasn’t helped. I am being ever hopeful that this marriage can heal because I feel that he thinks that he isn’t worthy of love from anyone. I love him with all my heart and it pains me to hear the hurt in his voice. I am willing to do whatever God wants me to do to get on so we can both be happy. Please pray for my husband that his heart will soften and that he will let God in. God Bless.

I will continue to pray for your husband and for you. Please stay strong and close to the Lord. He will be your strength during this time.

May the Blessed Mother pray for us all

Thank you all CAF members who have prayed for my husband, myself and our marriage. We had a very long talk yesterday on the phone and I am starting to feel a change in him. He originally told me that he is coming home to file divorce papers, which would be next Monday. After we talked for awhile we started talking about things that have gone wrong in our marriage. We have admitted to each other things that we have kept to ourselves. I am still nervous but anxious to see my husband on Thursday. He called me later on in the day, but I wasn’t in the house and left a message and at the end he said “I love you”, something he hasn’t said to me in awhile. I almost cried. I pray that a miracle will happen during the four days before he goes and files papers. He said he still filling them out, but he is excited to see me and time will tell. I am still praying everyday that this is God’s will to reunite us. Through this all I am becoming a stronger person and I think my husband has noticed the change over the phone just in my voice. I pray that God will keep him safe and that he will continue to enter my husband’s heart. God Bless.:gopray2:

Continued prayers for you and your husband, it does sound like he needs you with him. I will pray that the two of you will be reunited for good. (Gods will be done.):signofcross:

Tomorrow I will be picking up John at the airport. We talked last night and he sounded down and stressed. He asked if I was okay and I told him that I have moments when I break down. He is still looking to file for divorce on Monday, but I am not giving up. I am asking for a miracle and I do believe in them. I am fasting today and praying earnestly that God will open John’s heart to receive him. I know that he is struggling with his depression, but I am asking God to help him in his time of need. John is not a bad person, but Satan has gotten a hold of him right now. I’m asking everyone to pray for my husband that he may find God again. I am also praying that this marriage will be given new life because we still do love each other. Thank you in advance for your prayers, they mean alot to me.

God Bless,

Cheryl(cassie89)
